Change task description text?

I'd like to change the task description text for some of the plugins I use, but I don't know where it comes from. Can someone please tell me where it is?

use the language.xml file (by default its callled language.xml.ignore, just rename it), then enter the exact text you want to change (character for character) and then the new text, there are a couple of sample ones in the file.

No, that just seems to change the button text. I want to change the text that appears when you highlight a task button.

Try again - you should be able to change it with the language.xml file.

and nothing happened.

So I tried this:

and that did it.

I guess I'll either have to create an entry for every task description that includes the word "programmes", or else get used to seeing it "misspelled"

Yeah, we are dealing with two different versions of English here. The Queen's english, and our Americanized version.

It is very easy to change any text.

There is an US English language files in the "LanguagePlugin"
Download the Excel sheet and create your own language.xml .... or use the any of the Language files in the "plugin"
There is an English "original text file" that can be modified and a also an English US "modifed". I will update the "info" about this.

I think the quality of the translations are getting so good that Sub could have many of the them as a part of the install package.....in next release.
