Help Button in skins

How about the possibility to add a help button in the skin, that would open a help.rtf document in each sub skin in a popup Window.
I guess this would make the plugin designers to document the functionality of the plugins better.
Sometimes it takes a while before you have figured out how the plugin works.

Good comments helps a lot when making a skin.
I will use the Files plugin for a 2 pane "design" for the Advisor tutorial skin.
Why not amke the Files plugin as an example for other plugin developers.
I will help out with what I can do...to help users understand how it works, when I have figured it out myself.
