Is there any way to not require admin access to access any part of gbpvr? I run without admin most of the time, as a security measure.. and I'd rather not have to use Run as to run gbpvr.

So, why does the gbpvr executable close when I don't have admin access? Can I fix this?

Does it not depend on how you installed it? ie with Admin rights?

Nope, doesn't matter.. you can change the folder's permissions later on, like I did. I found the problem though:

Code:

Is there any way to fix this?

If you disable direct access to the hauppauge remote, it'll probably work.
