Conflict Resolution
Before I start programming I just wanted to know if someone else is working on it, or it already exist... Recording Conflict Resolution
Currently, If I schedule two programs and they conflict, I have the choice of killing one of the recordings.
I'd like to have a list of other times the two episodes also play, so then rather then cancelling one of the records, I defer one of them.
I'd have error checking to be sure that I didn't just create another conflict.
I'd probably start out by creating an Access Database front-end to test the logic. Then I could make a VB6 front end. Then I'd beg or grovel to have someone transcode to VB.NET.
Or I might bite the bullet and write an actual plug-in from scratch...
Anyway, I'm asking if it's out there already, because there's nothing worse then busting you butt for something that already exists...
Thanks
Frank
