Hello,
I would like to suggest a display renderer that centers video vertically and horizontally, displaying it at native resolution (no scaling), and if necessary cutting off pixels at the top, bottom, and sides. This might be useful for people who have 1680x1050 monitors, who would rather see the video at full resolution, and are willing to lose a little bit of the image at the top and sides to achieve that.
If the user is using this mode, and hits alt+enter to toggle to windowed mode, then it could automatically switch back to using a scaling renderer to fit the window, then if they go back to full-screen display, switch back to the non-scaled renderer.
