First off I'd like to thank you for your excellent work. You've done a great job.
Now for my wishlist:
Other Window Resolutions
I only have a pvr 250 and I run at 1600x1200 so you can imagine your window is a little small on my pc. Personally I'd like to be able to view the menu at a much higher/customizable resolution rather than at the resolution of a TV.
True PNG transparency
Right now your program has semi complete png transparency, in other words the graphic is transparent to the background container. If you place two png transparent images over each other they don't both show up, only the one with the highest z-order does. This is a bug with how .NET implements the GDI+ picturebox. The good news it can probably be fixed pretty easily.
My friend had the same problem when designing his now defunct pvr, he fixed it by creating a custom Picturebox control invoking some api call or something. Anyways he still has the C# source code up so it should be easy for you to see and fix in your own program.
