What version of GB-PVR are you using? The newest release does this automatically

I just upgraded to the latest version last night. Version 9612...I backed up the entire gbpvr directory and the upgrade went very smoothly, with no issues. I still see the conflict in the Web Scheduler, though.

I apologize for my confusion. Is there any way to verify the conflict is indeed being taken care of in the background?

It wont help recordings you've already got scheduled, but any new ones that it tries to schedule will be prepared to drop a few minutes from the second show if needed. The exact number of minutes is specified in the <AllowedBeginningOverlap>3</AllowedBeginningOverlap> setting in config.xml
