I've just switched to the flat blue skin (which I love), and discovered that it didn't include the necessary images for the weather plugin.
The fix is of course trivial, but just in case the necessary files can be found here (unzip to skins\flat blue\

If I recall correctly the weather plugin is bundled with GBPVR - if that's not correct, just ignore this topic.
