Object reference not set to an ....

I got this common error and I looked at the logs but could not decipher much. When I try to tune in to Sat channels coming from PVR-150 S-Video port I get this error. It does not happen with cable channels. This used to work before the latest upgrade. Recording from Sat channels works fine. Please find the logs attached. Thanks

Its something to do with the .exe channel changer. Does the specified executable still exist?

Faster than light! Sub, right on, I changed the channel changer and all is good. Thank you!
