Best fanless video card?

Hi, just wondered what people here consider to be the best fanless video card available? Money not really an issue but obviously not silly money! Oh by the way i need pci express not agp.

Without a budget to work with that's a toughie to answer. I can only work from the X700 listed in your sig.

For HTPC applications and light to moderate gaming use, something like this

Although the pic shows a fan cooled model, a friend has this card - it is passively cooled and works well.

In most reviews and bench tests I've seen, the 6600 series perform marginally better than the ATI X700 series of cards which are similarly priced.

NOTE: I haven't shopped around for a price on the nVidia card and Komplett, whilst reliable and helpful, are usually beatable.

Funnily enough found an old x300 with no fan in my bag of bits! Does the job quite fine as just a HTPC no gaming! Now if only I could silence my CPU fan! And yes I know there's a thread about quiet pcs thanks Capone

Rumour/speculation is circulating about soon to be released 7300 AGP. They may even open up the memory bandwith which is a bottleneck at present.

This card looks like it could be a winner on heat vs. performance - ideal for HTPCs.

The 7300GS and 7300LE seem very similar to the GeForce 6150 integrated video as far as PureVideo support is concerned. The 7300GS and 7300LE add Spatial-Temporal De-Interlacing.
