Comskip 0.79 build 30: DVR-MS fully works, integrated demux to support editing

I have release Comskip 0.79 build 30

From the changelog

- New output switch: output_demux=1 or "-m" switch will demux the input file into elementary video and audio streams during scanning.
- Bug solved: Audio timeline in DVR-MS was inconsistent with video
- Bug solved: Reviewing and cutpoint editing works for dvr-ms files
- Bug solved: The .cvf file contained a negative start frame number for a show segment starting at the start of the recording.

I like the idea of the demux.
Is it possible to configure demux on only certain shows, or would I have to use the .bat method of choosing channels?
I'd like 1 hour shows to stay muxed, but all movies to be demuxed.
Any suggestions?

Great work erik! When is the output_demux=1 option needed? Also does the performance differ whether comskip is working with dvr-ms vs mpg file? I suspect it does not, but I thought I would ask.
