Toggle to full screen and window mode?

I would like the ability to go from window mode to full screen (without the window bar at the top) while in GB-PVR.

The only way I see to do it is via the GB-PVR config under the general tab. The biggest problem with that is the "start on second monitor" option doesn't work with my laptop and second LCD monitor set-up. I want it to be full screen on my second monitor, but it alway starts on my laptop monitor.

Making the secondary monitor my primary monitor does not work well at all.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Have your tried pressing alt-enter?
