Yes, I should have posted earlier that I discovered it was still {channel}- I think it says {channelnumber} in the new version I downloaded though- and that I managed to get it launching the recording again as well.
I've still had no luck with the GBPVR topmost command though, which I was trying to run as the "now recording" executable. It just seems to me that GBPVR will not launch these commands if it is open already- although as I said before, it has worked very briefly before for some reason.
I haven't had as much time to play with it recently though, but I'll keep plodding away over the next few weeks when I get the chance. By the way, did you or anyone else know if it is possible to copy the recording that myTheatre is making into another folder on the fly, or would I have to wait for the recording to end?
After reading several posts on how to stream under gbpvr, to ensure my understanding is correct , here is my explanation.
I want to stream live tv so that people and I can watch live TV thru Internet and does this plugin can do the task ?
The plugin is act as a virtual capture source which actually call an external program like vlc and vlc capture the appropraite channel from TV card and stream over the network. Then vlc client can watch the streaming live TV.
Is it correct ?
