I'm digging further. I have the dreaded "!" over the device in device manager.
Something happened......

It's drivers may have spit the dummy, or possibly the USB chipset problem. Either way, according to that snippet of log, you dont have this device attached to your machine.
You'll probably find that rebooting or unplugging/replugging the device gets it working again.

That's exactly what I did, and the device came back....
I understand its not your hardware, but is that an issue with the H! Device? I also had to restart the recording service so it could see the device.
