Not getting all the channels

I get clear video with SF Bayarea channel 2,4,5,7,9,11 (thru antena), but snowy/static with 20,36,54.
Tuning Assisant didn't help.
Wintv32 is able to get all the channels fine.
Does anyone have suggestions on what to try next? THanks,

If you've been running other TV software, then this may have "fiddled" the default system tuning spaces.

Wintv32 is able to get all the channels fine.

WinTV doesnt use Directshow for its tuning, so its not a good comparison.
