Can a redirect be added so that if I go to http://localhost:7647 or http://localhost:7647/gbpvr, that it will redirect to http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/index.aspx.

I agree. Remembering the port is hard enough, the extra path is a little unnecessary.

Also, I would like to suggest that sub include a shortcut in the GBPVR start menu that points to the web admin. I made my own shortcuts so I don't care anymore, but new users will certainly appreciate that.
