New Shuttle M1000 media center barebone.

Shuttle has just pre-released a new M1000 barebone, that is based on PentiumM (should be quiet) and is the size of the standard A/V component.

This looks like a nice platform for GBPVR. I guess if anyone has any idea how much is it going to be and when can we purchase the box?

from the link you provided it doesn't look like a barebones kit, it's a system. The US site lists it as a complete Windows MCE system with keyboard and everything. It looks like a nice system and is available to buy right now. Of course it costs US$1900. Wow.

Haven't checked US site. That's extorsion.. I was hoping that it will be available as a barebone similar to all their other cases.

Maybe shuttle will sell them in Europe this way, but thats doubtfull considering it appears in the system and not barebone productrange as you noted.

Was hoping to get the case only for some 400 - 500E
