So recently I noticed that the GBPVR system Icon tray is not showing up in the system tray. It's loaded in my startup folder, and gbpvr records fine, but it's just not there ( I like it there). If I select it from my startup menu, it shows up. I tried reinstalling gbpvr, and still no luck!

Put a shortcut to gbpvrtray.exe in your startup folder.

I get that sometimes too. it's there, and sometimes the tray icon loads, sometimes not. I've tried different positions in the list but that didn't help any that i could see. It was such a small thing and didn't effect anything as far as operation goes i stopped worring about it.

XP occasionally hides icons that have been in the tray for a long time, even though icon hiding is not set. If you mis the icon, check the taskmanager whether the recordingservice is running.

For several programs with missing task-icons, I have to end them using taskmanager and restart them manually: et voila, the icon reappears.

Some bug in Windooz I guess,

If that is the problem, <Right Click> on the taskbar, and pick properties, uncheck the "Hide Inactive Icons" box. Or is that where it does the arrow thing?
