Picture in picture

This has probably been posted before, so I apologise to those who have already suggested it.
Given the prevalence of dual tuner setups, what do people think about implementing a picture-in-picture capability in GBPVR? Would this be difficult to do?

I doubt the opinion has changed much in the past few weeks?
