How do I configure the MVPScreen Position Plugin?

I have downloaded and placed the mvpscreenpostion.dll in the gbpvr main directory.
I only have the Blue skin that comes with the download file. I do not know what skin.xml that I should edit.

How do I edit the skin? What am I looking for?
Once the skin is edited how do I enable it? what is the configuration application.

I know that I have seen similar questions but after several hours of searching this forum, I have not been successful at finding an answer.

You should not need to do anything but install in Plugin directory. You have to make sure it is checked in plugins in GBPVR config program.
Also it will only show on your MVP not computer.
