On Startup First button press does nothing

I guess because my MVP & System are working great I need to start getting nit picky....:-)

Do others experience that you have to press the remote button twice on MVP startup to get an action? Maybe I'm not waiting for everything to load completely.

It's not a big deal, it actually bothers my wife more than it bothers me.

I have the same "problem". But again, since everything else is working so well, I hardly notice it!

I've noticed it as well, but inteh grand schme of things I haven't thought twice aboutit (until now)

I experieince this as well....I have seen it on all skins I have tried.....Std Blue,
Nlue MCE2, and even Xmedia.

I am not sure....sometimes I wonder if it is just the plugins loading or the VA info loading or even perhaps the recording info that loads on the home sceeen...not really sure....

It isn't too bad....but it sure is anoying.

I am on the Christmas Collection (standard tree) skin. I use VA but don't have the panel running. I have noticed this for a few releases and have no idea when it started. Again, it is not a problem for me.

I don't see it in general operation, where i do see it is just after you start any thing that activates the visualizations screen.

That's a good question, I'll have to check that out. I never paid attention since no visualizations show on the MVP.

I checked and the MVP side does not miss the first key press after visualizations start (even though you don't see them on the MVP). It only happens on the PC side. Probably why it took me so long to notice it, i never use the PC side of things.
