can't update EPG since friday

when I try to update my EPG I keep getting this message.
Your EPG source does not appear to be configured correctly.
I am using hauppage 150 and zap2it this problem started on last Friday. I have been able to update before I have been using this for about 10 days now and then all of a sudden nothing.
The administrator at GBPVR left me the following message.

Edit config.xml and set <SaveZap2itXML>true</SaveZap2itXML>. Next time you click 'update epg' it'll create a c:\zap2it.xml file which contains the data returned from zap2it. Zip and attach this file.

I did change the false to true. At the bottom of the post I will leave a sample of my EPG settings.

I am not sure ware this c:\zap2it.xml file is I can’t find it on my computer.
When I did a search on my computer for this file the only files my computer comes back with when I search for zap2it is the one below. And the file name is owner@labs.zap2it[2] under
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Cookies\owner@labs.zap2it[2].txt am I missing this file mentioned above?

Does anybody know ware to find this file and how to attach it? Not very computer literate. Does anybody see any problems with my settings? I am hoping somebody knows how to fix this problem.

I am not sure ware this c:\zap2it.xml file is I can’t find it on my computer.

Honestly, if you cant find where this file is on your machine, it unlikely GB-PVR is going to the right app for you. It's really aimed at the computer savvy user who likes to tinker.

Another file that may give us a clue what is going on is c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\config.exe.log. Do an 'Update EPG' to reproduce the error, then post this file.

thanks for responding i am at a loss to what happened it seems on friday alot of people were haveing the same problem because of some problem with zap2it but for some reason something changed with my account. should i deleat the program and sign up again?

Just go to http://labs.zap2it.com and confirm you can log in with your username/password. If you cant, create an account and setup the channl line up. Then go back to the GB-PVR config app and configure zap2it with the correct username and password, then click the 'Update EPG'.
