TV Guide icons

I just uploaded from zap2it my channels icons to put onto the tvguide (next to there channel names)
But i cant figure out how to load them into the guide.
I looked around in the skin things but im not too sure (dont wanna screw with anything i shouldnt)

Go to config, then the channels tab. You'll see the name for each channel there, such as "3 WUSA." Name each picture the name for it's corresponding channel; "3 WUSA.jpg." Then go to your gbpvr directory, media, ChannelLogos (make the channellogos file if you don't have it) and put all your pictures there. Restart GBPVR.

Hmm i might have to change skins also .. because if i use this i cant see the channel number only the logos..lol and i think i need new icons they gave me ones way too small.
