Any problems with PVR-150 retail and either PVR-150MCE or Fusion 5 Lite?

I have a PVR-150 retail with remote now, and am looking to add a tuner. I looked through the archives and have seen that only one Hauppauge remote blaster works at a time, so I figured I'd perhaps get the cheaper 150MCE, and get FM as a bonus. I've seen both success and problems with multiple cards in the archives, but most posts were pretty old. Are there currently any problems running both flavors of the card in one box? I have Windows 2000. It seems like they use the same driver. Is that correct?

Anyone running a Dvico Fusion 5 Lite alongside a PVR-150? That was my other option, since I'll get HDTV someday, and I could live with OTA only for a second tuner. However, for now I'd have to figure out how to get HD recordings to my MVP with conversion, so I'm not sure I want to screw around with that for the time being.

Bonus question if you're generous: It looks like the PVR-500 has only one analog cable input. For the second tuner you have to use a set-top box or other input, unless somehow the FM input can be switched to cable/RF instead. Anyone know for sure?

The PVR500's single RG59 tuner input is split internally and feed to both tuners. Your system will see 2 tuner inputs, a composite input and an S-Video input.

As for using a PVR1500 with a PVR150MCE, you should not have any problems with such a setup as long as you use the same driver versions on each card. I.E. install the second card using the driver disk that came with your first card and not the disk that comes with your new card. Or, better yet, get the latest drivers from the hauppauge site and update the first card to the new driver when you install the second (or third or fourth) card.

I ran two 150MCE's and a Fusion 5 Lite in my system for a while. It worked fine. Not being able to play the HD recordings on the MVP made it less than useful (altho the HD recordings looked great on my LCD monitor) so I sold the Fusion card and put in another 150MCE. I picked up an RCA HDTV tuner on Ebay that downconverts to NTSC and feed it into one of the 150MCE's via s-video. That way I can get the extra stuff that the local stations broadcast only in digital and it'll all play on the MVP's too. Kind of a round-about way to do it but it works fine and is more compatible with my TV hardware.
