Is ther any way to use my sound card as an audio input for gbpvr, either with a video source or not. Basically I want to be able to control itunes via my pda, and then use the sound card wave input (or general output) to feed into gbpvr, which will then stream to my MVP.

Is this possible, as in the capure sources all capture cards seem to handle the audio on board, but i'm thinking there must be an option or plugin to allow for live audio.
I don't mind if I have a black square on my tv where video should go.

Thanks for any help

theres one way round i can think of that might work....

If you have a Capture card with an Svideo input, it might also have a Line In, for carrying the audio of whatevers plugged into the Svideo. You could feed your soundcard output into the capture cards LineIn input, and then set up a capture source in GBPVR to feed from the Svideo. Then you could just change to the svideo channel via your epg like any other channel...

I think that would work??

Thanks, that sounds like it would work well, if i wasn't trying to do this with a laptop. Will try it later with the server and PVR250, may just make it the audio and video server.

Thanks again.
