Missing Weather Icon

I noticed a missing weather Icon today. It was for Clear/Wind I've included the error below.

2/15/2006 6:16:43 PM.250 VERBOSE [63] Weather plugin Encountered unknown current weather type 'Clear/Wind'


Also, is there a place where I can find the Next Day (blue button) and Previous Day (yellow button) key mappings?

Apparently from the weather.msn site the clear/wind and sunny/wind refer to the same icon:
