Weather Plugin Problem!

I am having a problem with the weather plugin. It was working before. Now when I click on weather it says "Downloading Weather Forecast - Please wait while downloading weather forecast from msnbc.com, this may take a while depending on your internet connection" I wait and nothing happens. Please can somebody help. I have tried different area code, still the same.

The files on the wiki are outdated, if you download from this thread, it will work like a charm!
