IRA3 Serial IR Receiver

I have the following Serial IR rcvr I used with LIRC/IRMAN and mythtv:

IRA3

Can anyone help me set this up with GBPVR? I have a h350 card but the IR doesn't work with it (I have seen several posts that say the same).

Also this rcvr is MUCH cheaper that the USB-UIRT and it is supposed to work
with GIRDER.

There is no built in support for the IR hardware, but yes it sound like you'd be able to use it with GB-PVR via Girder.
