bad schedule for reoccurring show first time

I added the reoccurring schedules for 6 Fox show from 7:00 to 10:00PM Sunday. Three of them showed up on the Conflicts list because of bad ranges. The other three were okay.

King of the Hill 7:30-8:00 6:00-9:00
The Simpsons 8:00-8:30 6:30-9:30

I've seen this before, but to workaround have just deleted the entry and then Quick Rec'd it. I suppose it has to do with being the first time a recurring recording is hit. I'm not sure why the first three were bad and the others good.
