CDK Scheduler 1.0.1 Service Pack 1 Released

For those that are using the Priority Scheduling ability in XRecord, this release addresses some issues with the scheduler. No changes to XRecord it self have been done.

Changes:
This service pack addresses the following issues and adds a new optional utility:

* Multiple Capture Sources - When PriorityRecordings schedules shows that can appear on more than one capture source, it was still only scheduling to the capture source specified. Now if there is a conflict, it will try to schedule the show on any available capture source before it puts the show into conflict status. This works if the force capture source attribute is set to no, or if no capture source is specified for the show.
* Configuration settings over written - This has been fixed so that custom configuration settings for options like Conflict handling do not need to be reset if changed from Keep to Delete or vice versa.
* New Utility (by Ton): DeleteSchedule.exe - Delete all PriorityRecordings that have been scheduled. Useful to have in UpdateEPG.bat before GBPVR reloads the complete episode guide in the GBPVR database. This should handle the issues where the wrong show is recorded because the guide entry has been changed.

Just to see if I'm not just slow....is UpdateEPG.bat a new bat file we can add, or did you mean PostUpdateEPG?

UpdateEPG.bat has been supported by GBPVR for many releases, and is typically used by XMLTV users to download their XML sources using an XMLTV grabber. However, I believe it is also excuted before a Zap2It download as well. It executes before GBPVR process the episode guide data.

So, no not new, but a new use for it for CDK Scheduler and XRecord.

I'm setting up my 2nd tv tuner card again and have things working except priority recordings for it.

I would like to only record to the fusion tuner (#3) thru priority recordings if there is a conflict between 2 channels that are on the PVR150 tuner (#1). Is this possible to schedule this way?

It looks like for every show that comes up to be scheduled for the PVR150 tuner, it also gets scheduled for the Fusion tuner.

Was the CDK service pack-1 part of the Xrecord updates?

Bones is in my priority recordings file at #6 and Jericho is #8.

Here are relevant items in my priority recordings file.

I'm not sure what the >1< above does in the capturesource force statement. Is this for the capture card number?

The value in the CaptureSource is the card number that GBPVR has it stored as in it's database. There was a bug at one time, not sure if it is still there in XRecord, where it would incorrectly set the capture card number for the Source. If you want it to use a particular capture card only, set the force="yes", and set the appropriate capture card number in the XML file.
