I've seen some errors with TV-cards but this one is new to me...
After installing GBPVR and the drivers to get my non-hardware MPG card working, I was pleased to see that the card war working, but somehow the image in LiveTV is upside-down as well as mirrorred.

Perhaps this has occurred before? Does anyone know how to get the picture right-side-up and unmirrorred? Thanks, regards, Alfred, Amstelveen NL

Are you using ffdshow? There is a setting in there to flip the screen upside down... any chance you might accidentally have checked the checkbox...? If not, you can always install ffdshow and flip the screen back Big Grin
I'm not always right

No I do not have ffdshow active. (But thanks for the tip. May try that later.) I have installed another TV-package, ChrisTV Free, and this works fine on this card. So it's not hardware, it's not the WMD driver.
If I switch to Overlay Manager (Config - Playback) image is ok but only displays apart from the overlay and thats not what I want. If I choose VMR9 Custom Renderer it aborts, and VMR7 the picture is distorted.

Its probably worth posting a link to this question in the software recorder plugin thread so the author of the plugin sees it: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=2753

No idea, there's an option in WinAmp to fix this, but I have no idea how to fix it in GB-PVR. I'd bet it's related to drivers and DIrectX. If Overlay mode it displaying seperatly, then it's most likely a driver or encoder problem. What card do you have, and have you tried the latest drivers?
