I would like to stop using the 'shutdown' plugin and just use the built in 'system' screen for hibernating my pvr. The disk space pie graph is really helpful.

However 2 things stop me from doing this which I thought I'd request! -

1) - I don't want a user to do anything other than Hibernate the pvr; can there be a list of checkboxs built into the system screen config which when unticked allows certain buttons to be hidden?

2) - It is really good when the shutdown plugin gives you a warning that there is currently (or pending very soon) a recording. Can this feature be replicated in the system screen?

Is it easy enough for these features to be introduced? - If not can someone tell me how to edit the button layout for the system screen so I can remove the buttons I don't need.

Cheers,
Ambro

I second this request. I once tried to hibernate while recording and the system menu allowed it without even issuing warning.

Third....i restarted mine and forgot it was recording the final episode of american idol for some family(i don't watch that), anyway......boy did i get chewed....and I had just got done bragging on gbpvr vs. my relatives tivo(i mean come on, try e-mailing tivo and telling them you'd like to "suggest" a few changes to their software!!!) Anyway, the ability for the options mentioned by the first post would be essential in my opinion.

side note: Sub, sent a donation your way...been long overdue, but you make it more than worth it.
