1. normalize volume to MVP

When i select TV, music or net radio, i get different volumes that i have to keep adjusting the amp to bring up or down to a normal level, its a pain. would be great if the volume could be adjusted tokeep them all the same.

2. Radio on Skystar 2 plugin
