Plugin not in menu

Hey guys,
When I download a plugin to the plugin folder,it's not there,what am i doing wrong?(ex.theatre listing)

I got weather to install.but when I try to start gb-pvr I get an error. If i uninstall the weather plugin then everything is fine?

I can see that error is from the config utility. Do you get any error when you try to run GB-PVR?

If you zip up and post the *.log files that would be the best way to get a quick answer.
