Changing channel MVP/IR200L/DirecTV

This is strange. I'm running 97.09 GBPVR.

I have an MVP, a IR200L Blaster, and a DirecTV D10 reciever.

I can't seem to change channel using the number keys on the remote.

pre-scheduled recordings work right, also during live tv, if I go to the TV Guide, select a program, then click "Watch", it changes channel just right, however, during Live TV, I can not change channel (use number buttons on remote), it changes to the wrong channel.

Any thoughts?
