I have noticed with v97.13 that the GBPVR GUI sometimes crashes on resume from hibernation. I use the GBPVRWake ulility to restart the GUI process. Perhaps this has some undesired affect? Log attached.

I have the same problem. I use the gbpvrwake to restart the device(pvr 150) after resume from hibernation. Could it be something about the gbpvrwake.exe is .net 1.1 and everything else is .net 2 ? It seems to me that the error comes when the gbpvrwake.exe tries to close the running gbpvr.exe......

Sub, could you be persuaded into compile a new version of the Gbpvrwake.exe in .net 2.0, to see if that will help us ??

It wont be GBPVRWake. I suspect its something not being done in the SQLite DB Provider we're using.

Can you post your gbpvr.exe.log after this error? I'd like to check its the exact same error as the one posted above.

I just had the same error this morning, but it says nothing in the log
It's a bit of a problem for me. If i don't use the gbpvrwake, the GUI dosen't ever crash, but i get alot of failed recordings. If i use the gbpvrwake, the GUI crashes but not one failed recording.
Can i ask you how you are closing the gbpvr-app. Maybe you have to kill the process also(I have seen that somewhere)

There is no indication in that log that your problem is caused by the same thing as danIrl's above. His error was pretty clear in the logs.

Why exactly are you guys using GBPVRWake to try to restart gbpvr.exe? I can understand it if you were using the TV out on a PVR350, but it doesnt make sense to me for PVR150 owners.

I was using GBPVRWake to restart the GUI as sometimes it would hang after resume from hibernation. However I have not noticed this behaviour with 97.xx, so I have stopped using GBPVRWake for the moment.
