It used to be that ZoneAlarm identified GB-PVR by name in the programs list. However, the entries now show up as blank. Did the build metadata somehow change? I know there's usually a way to give a program a title or whatever.

Also, when you update the EPG from the tray app, the "updating epg" window stays on top and won't go behind other windows. It's also rather unresponsive (can't move it, etc).

I cant think of anything thats changed, other than now being compiled for .net 2.0. Maybe zone alarm isnt capable of extracting this info from a .net 2.0 app.

I just did a right-click->properties view on gbpvr.exe from 95.16 (what I had) to 97.13 (just installed):

95.16 has these tags on the version tab: Assembly Version, Comments, Company Name, Internal Name, Language, Legal Trademarks, Original Filename, Product Name, Product Version.

97.13 only has Assembly Version, Internal Name, Language, Original Filename, Product Version.

Probably Product Name is what it is reading? Its value is GB-PVR in the old exe, which I think is what I used to see. Do you start a new project when you went to .NET 2.0, or upgrade Visual Studio? I would think that somewhere VS has a way to set some of those values, but I haven't used it in a while. Not sure why .NET 2.0 would have different default tags or something like that.

No, it just automatically upgraded it.

I've found the reason for this, and corrected it for the next release.
