97.13: Reocurring programs' listings not updating properly

Seems like a new problem introduced with 97.13....

I have a bunch of shows set to record "Reoccurring". The problem is that, when the times for these shows gets changed in Zap2it's online listings, the changes are *not* reflected in GB-PVR's scheduled recording times.

http://www.Zap2it.com 's online web schedule shows the correct (revised) program times (so Zap2it does indeed have the correct data).

But, even if I force a manual update on GB-PVR, GB-PVR's listings (for scheduled reoccurring shows) do not reflect the new times.

However, if I force GB-PVR to Delete all its listings (via Config | Capture), then force a manual update again, the GB-PVR listings will show a *gap* (i.e. no show at all) during the revised time slot (?!).

If I unschedule the recordings, Delete the listings, and then do a manual update, all is well.

????

I've missed a *bunch* of shows (4 so far this week) because of this problem.

It appears to have only started happening since I upgraded from 97.07 to 97.13.

Some people have claimed to have had this problem for long time (prior to v0.97). There is a big long thread about it here http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=16040. I've got it on my list of things to look into.

Here is the gbpvr.mdb file (zipped). The latest example was for "America's Got Talent" at 9pm on 20 Jul 2006 (Pacific Time).

The GB-PVR listings (incorrectly) show that this is a half-hour segment, at two different times on two different networks.

Zap2it's online listings showed it correctly as a full-hour segment on each network.

Hopefully this will help you see what's going on.

p.s. Looks like the attachment (even when zip'd) is not being accepted. It's 1.8MB.

Is there another way to get it to you?
