Update to GrabEPG

For anyone using the previous versions of GrabEPG or requiring UK TV listing information version 1.3 of GrabEPG is now available from www.rubiconsystems.com/tv/grabepg13.zip

Changes from the original version:

* Added support for proxy servers
* Added channel list updates to track the changing list available from http://www.bleb.org
* Added channel list editing to allow you to customise your list

For anyone using the previous versions of GrabEPG version 1.4 is now available for download from www.rubiconsystems.com/tv/grabepg14.zip

Changes in this version:

* Added scheduler for downloads
* Detects when connected to the Internet
* Improved error handling when fetch fails
