Reoccuring Shows Auto Update on EPG Update

I am new to GBPVR but have spent some time trying to figure out if this is possible without success. There seems to be a setting in the Config to automatically update the EPG. So far it does not seem to be working but I am not sure as I have only had GBPVR up and running for 3 days. My question is will my reoccurring shows also update such that I only have to set that once if they are set for Season recording?

Yes that should work. What epg-updater (zap2-it, xmltv,......) are you using?

Zap2it. When you say it should work, do you mean that the Guide should update or that both the guide and any shows that I chose Season for should also update?
