OK, this is surely a newbie question but I have run into the Failed Record can't delete problem and went to the post in v0.97.13 survival guide for the fix. When I download the patch, it is a zipped file but I do not know what to do with it. Help!

You move it to C:\Program Files\Devnz\gbpvr. That's all!

PS Assuming your gbpvr is installed to the deafult folder!
C2Duo E8400, 4GB, GE8600GT, PCH A-100, HVR2200, NPVR 1.5.31, Win 7 x64.

OK, did that. The file name is GBPVRBackEndCommon[1]. I moved it to the GBPVR dir and restarted GBPVR and tried to delete the failed recording without success. What am I doing wrong?

Renamed "GBPVRBackEndCommon" to "GBPVRBackEndCommon.zip" then open that zip file and extract the enclosed .DLL file to the GB-PVR directory.

Its a bug with this web server dynamically zipping zip files when sending to Internet Explorer users that have HTTP 1.1 extensions enabled.

OK, done and fixed. You left out that I needed to stop the processes so I could replace the DLL but once I did, I replaced it and started GBPVR and could delete the failed recording. Thanks for the timely help. Nice program by the way.
