No Channels found

Mi English isn´t good. Sorry please.
I have the Problem that Gb-Pvr can´t find any channels.
With the Terratec Software is all ok.
My Sys:
Terratec Cinergy 1200 dvb-s Driver version 4.18
WIn XP Sp2
GB-PVR new
What can it be that no channles being found?

Try to do a scan then zip and attach the config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

First zip your three log files.

Next, click the post reply button, then a little further down the page is a 'manage attachments' button. Use this for uploading the zip file.

MediaPortal is getting in the way. Uninstall it and it should be able to find channels.
