Here's the deal.
I am quite a bit ignorant about capture cards, but I want to get the best card possible that is 100 bucks or less, and I will probably buy it from newegg.com. Am I going to cheap with such a decision? What can a top of the line capture card do that a 100 dollar or less one do?
I don't know what brand or kind to get, and I know the software on this site is compatible with a great many brands and models. But I still don't know what direction to lean in.
I apologize for my ignorance, and if it matters I am running Windows XP SP1 with 256 RAM and an Athlon XP 2400+.
