Hi Sub,

Have you noticed support sites that are starting to setup live chat interfaces. Quite interesting. Tried this at work with a vendor and it was better than I though (cf telephone). As you talk through an issue the support rep can ask for "can I see this config/logfile" and you just copy/paste it directly into the live chat window. e.g.

http://www.atlassian.com/support/support-directory.jsp (see the live help icon - although right now it's off line)

Just a thought. Perhaps in your case this is something you mightn't really want hey

I had considered it in the past, but decided it would be too much of a drain on my available time. There is also a lot of value in the forum posts containing all the relevent information for future users having the same problem.

The current scheme also makes it easier for me to just ignore things if I dont feel like looking into it any further.
