very slow gbpvrtray shows wrong status

Hi

I just upgraded to 97.13 and have the following problems with gbpvrtray.exe:

1. it reacts extremely slow: a right mous click on the icon brings up the context menu only after 1 minute or so.

2. it shows the wrong status: the white icon (no recording) even when a show is being recorded.

Does anyone have a clue?

It does this if it cant communicate with recording service. The two reason this communication can have problems: (1) recoridng service isnt running, or (2) firewall software is getting in the way of communication
