Live TV Screen position - not centered?

I seem to be having trouble with my Live TV screen not bening centered running on a GFX Ti4200 @ 1280@1024 on a 17" Philips LCD.

If I press the auto adjust button in Windows I get a prefectly centered screen in Windows and within the main GB-PVR screen. When I go into Live TV however the whole screen is slightly to the right, with a black border on the left hand side in both the picture and the OSD. If I press the auto adjust button this centers prefectly but if I then exit and go back to GB-PVR or Windows I'm missing around 4mm or so of my screen on the left hand side.

Is there some way to stop this from occuring?

I'm actually here searching for an answer to this very problem myself. My downstairs GB-PVR computer was just reloaded do to a failing HD. I didn't have this problem before, but now I am. It's exactly as the above user described.

Oddly, I had to do the reverse of the person, change VMR9 to VMR9 Custom Renderer.
