I'm new to GB-PVR, have questions

What all do I need to buy for this to work, and can playback be displayed
on my TV? I have 1.6GHz,512ram,80GB, and nVidia TNT2 M64 graphics card
32MB SDRRAM.

Yes, playback can be displayed on your TV.

You'll probably want a graphics card that will give a little hardware assist for playback. In time you'll want more disk storage. But right away, you will need at least one (more is always better) TV tuner card like the Hauppauge PVR-150.
