Schedule recordings & change Config settings from non-admin account?

I've just installed GBPVR on my Windows XP computer - works beautifully, except that I'm unable to schedule recordings or change settings in Config from non-admin XP accounts. Does anyone know of a workaround?

When trying to schedule recordings, at first everything looks okay but when I check the Pending list, the program I was trying to schedule just isn't there. For Config, I can open the Config program but when I click Ok I get a permissions-related error.

I did find this thread: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=11143 and tried the suggestion to right-click on c:\program files\devens > Properties, but I don't see a Security tab (different XP version, maybe?), and none of the other options seem relevant.

This isn't a huge deal, since I can watch recordings from non-admin accounts with no problem, but it would be cool to be able to schedule them too.

It should be able schedule recordings. I cant think of any reason why it couldnt.

I'll look at support for non admin accounts some time before Windows Vista is released, until then its unsupported.

Thanks for the update - huh, weird. Well, I'll try it with a couple of different non-admin accounts and see if maybe it was something odd with just one or two of them. . . .
