Can't switch channels

Hello,

I am using the 45 buttons remote that comes with Hauppage 350 and I am unable to switch channels.

The signal is not coming from the cable box (eventhough I have one if needed), but directly from the cable.
I got the channel listing from the Zip2it.
Whenever i try to change channels it looks like its going to change but the channel its changing to is the same.
I tried to use .exe changer anbd point to HauppBlast.exe which gives me no .dll found error when i click on Live TV

I tried clicking fix the hauppage remote select "no changer required" and selecting use remote externally, but it still doesnt work (plus wouldn't really want that option since i want to remove hauppage software when i get GBPVR working right)

While I am at it does anyone know a way to use Hauppage remote to control my tv set?
