What would casue GB-PVR to give a slow response to a command? Im talking about when, you say, change a setting in the config file and click "OK" to save it. It seems that every time i press "OK" to save something it takes about 20-25 sec for it "to take". I use the remote, keyboard, and the mouse and all give slow repsonses.
This happens even after a reinstall of GBPVR.

Im beginning to wonder if it is a lack for RAM (only 256 MB) that's causing this. I wanted to post this before i left to work and send logs but didnt get a chance. I can upload logs tonight if need be.

Low amounts of RAM like that will definitely make the GBPVR GUI slow in response. RAM is cheap, up it to at least 512 and it should be ok (unless your cpu is really slow too)

Ok, thanks Brian.
Memory is another issue that im having at the moment. As of right now, i only have 1 stick of 256MB that works in this system even though I tried 6 other sticks that gives me a BIOS error (bad DDR). I know this sticks are compatible and 4 of them are brand new.
thanks again. im gonna troubshoot the memory prob. more.
